Gueuze is a blend of young and old lambic beer, producing another fermentation and more maturation (for up to another year). A fruitier taste and champagne sparkle emerges and a slightly sour flavour is a characteristic of this style of beer. A clean tasting, slightly sweet, unfiltered gueuze, with a soft floweriness of rhubarb like aroma.

Kriek A lambic blend is given further fermentation by addition of fruit, originally cherries local to the area, which after conditioning gives a pronounced cherry flavour and almondy dryness. A classic example of the style with a lot of fruit content of freshly harvested cherries. The beer is conditioned in wood over a winter.
A real Dortmunder - a symbol of German brewing culture. Bright golden colour fine bitter taste with an elegant note of hops.
Amber coloured, top-fermented beer with a lively taste and velvet soft aroma. Brewed with Saaz hops and 100% pure malt, without the addition of maize or other brewers’ sugars, De Koninck is a great thirst quencher and best enjoyed out of a 'Bolleke', the famous bowl shaped glass.

A seaonal beer Delirium Nocturnum is a dark ale of 9% alcohol. It is a triple fermentation ale using 3 different yeast strains and 5 different malts. Incredibly well-balanced for an ale this high in alcohol, the bouquet has an aromatic sweetness. The body is bursting with flavors of raisins, bittersweet chocolate, and aniseed. The finish is long and develops into a hoppy aftertaste.

A strong golden ale that may look like a lager beer but is in fact a complex pale ale. The painted bottle and the glass both have pink elephants and green crocodiles on, which is the result of drinking too many. The flippant name was deemed unacceptable by Portman Group and the name had to be changed from Delirium Tremens. A lot of warming alcohol flavours abound along with its sweet palate.
A relatively recent addition to the Bosteels portfolio is the extraordinary and sparkling Deus. Brewed with barley in Belgium but re-fermented in the bottle, followed by traditional ‘remuage’ and ‘degorgement’ in the champagne region of France, 'Brut des Flandres' is the beer equivalent of champagne.

A slightly tart and sour Flanders Red ale produced by Brouwerij Verhaeghe in Belgium. The beer is brewed in honour of Mary of Burgundy, daughter of Charles the Bold - Duke of Burgundy. By marrying Archduke Maximilian of Austria (and in doing so snubbing the son of the French King Louis XI) she bought peace to the region. However, she died tragically after being thrown from a horse while falconing, hence the falcon on the label.
The classic strong, golden beer with a large creamy head, Duvel means ‘devil’ in Flemish and is sinfully deceptive: a subtle fruitiness and distinctive, delicate taste will lead you into temptation.
Duvel single fermenation was originally know as Duvel Green owing to it's relatively young age compared to the bottled version that undergoes secondary 're-fermentation' in the bottle. Duvel single fermented is only available on draught, has a lighter flavour and a lower abv of 6.8%.
For those who don't want to miss out on the delicious taste of wheat beer! Brewed with the customary care and experience Erdinger's master brewers have succeeded in retaining the aromatic, full-bodied character without the alcohol.
This dark wheat beer is rich and smooth with a chocolaty taste and aroma. It owes its full-bodied flavour to the fine hops and dark malt used in its production.
Achieving its crystal appearance from a particularly long filtration process, Kristallklar has a sparkling and refreshing character - the ideal wheat beer for warm summer days.
This 'dark bock beer' has a sharp and full flavour from using dark wheat and barley malts and a significantly longer maturing process.
First brewed in 1997, this "snow-white" beer is darker and stronger than the than classic Erdinger Weißbier and is a welcome change during the cold winter months! Schneeweiss goes particularly well with hearty food.
A particularly strong, spicy aroma, a distinctive yeast flavor and an unmistakable top-fermenting beer profile. The recipe for Urweisse dates back to the brewery's founding days over 120 years ago. It owes its distinctive, traditional weissbier flavour to a special malt, a different hop variety and a special yeast.
A wheat beer for those who love outstanding wheat beer flavour the undisputed classic in the Erdinger product range. Brewed according to a traditional recipe and in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law.
A pale golden beer brewed like a pils with a good head, a full, soft and fresh taste and a pleasantly light yeasty bouquet.
Available in draught only, Flensburger Lager is produced solely for the export market and, unlike its stronger pilsener brother, is a much softer beer - pale golden in colour, almost reminiscent of a 'Dortmund' style beer but with a northern twist.
A crisp, dry, hoppy pilsener style of beer typical of northern Germany. Light and easy to drink.
