As you would expect, the American craft brewers have their own interpretation on some of the classic Summer beers – here's just a few to tempt you.

With their seasonal Summertime, Goose Island have produced a true reflection of the Kölsch style in all but name. The colour of sunshine, with a light fruity aroma and a hint of fruity acidity, Summertime is already an award-winning modern classic.

Brooklyn Brewery's Summer Ale is a contemporary take on traditional English 'light dinner ales', light with a citrus/floral aroma and a very sunny disposition.

San Francisco's Anchor Brewery are proud to have revived the light crisp style of American wheat beer with their Summer Beer. Light and dry on the palate, it’s a wonderful thirst-quenching drink.
