Tasting Notes

Brooklyn Lager is amber-gold in colour and displays a firm malt centre supported by a fine bitterness and floral hop aroma. Caramel malts show in the finish, with the aromatic qualities enhanced from dry-hopping during the long, cold maturation process.

A wonderfully flavourful beer, smooth, refreshing and very versatile with food.
