Boon Kriek

The Lambic blend is given further fermentation by addition of cherries local to the area which, after conditioning, gives a pronounced cherry flavour and almondy dryness. A classic example of the style with a lot of fruit content of freshly harvested cherries. The beer is conditioned in wood over a winter.
Boon Kriek Mariage Parfait

Kriek Boon Mariage Parfait consists of year-old heavy Lambic flavoured with overripe cherries, with longer aging in small oak barrels to impart its special flavour. The casks give this beer its fine oaky flavour with hints of vanilla and cloves. It boasts a wide mouth with a warm body and roundness reminiscent of dried cherries and wild flavours.
Brew By Numbers

"Exciting and forward-thinking beers focusing on quality and drinkability; developing new styles, adapting established ones, bringing the less well-known styles back into the limelight." What's not to love about a brewing ethos like this? We've been fans of BBNo. since their first beers appeared back in 2012. Beautifully crafted beers, brewed with natural ingredients and packaged alive (including in KeyKeg) to ensure a natural carbonation and allow flavours to evolve.

Brewdog 5 AM Red Ale

Five AM Red Ale is five malts at 5% ABV. Out of this order and stability comes the rush of the pack. Berry and caramel riding alongside marmalade and chocolate. Spice and toast jostle with lychee and biscuit.
BrewDog Dead Pony Club

Inspired by US-Style pale ales, Dead Pony is a low amplitude, high voltage hop hit; California dreaming for the craft beer generation. Dive in and the toasted malt base soon yields to a huge box-fresh hop hit, washing tropical fruit, floral garlands and spicy undertones all over your palate.

Brewdog Punk IPA

The scene-stealing flagship India Pale Ale that has become a byword for craft beer rebellion; synonymous with the insurgency against mass-produced, lowest common denominator beer. Punk IPA charges the barricades to fly its colours from the ramparts – full-on, full-flavour at full-throttle.
Layered with new world hops to create an explosion of tropical fruit and an all-out riot of grapefruit, pineapple and lychee before a spiky bitter finish, this is transatlantic fusion running at the fences of lost empires.
Brewdog Vagabond (Gluten Free)

A foundation of caramel malt is buttressed by a raucously resinous bitterness, as the rioting backdrop of citrus and tropical fruit flow in waves from those twin titan hops of the US – Centennial and Amarillo.
Vagabond Pale Ale is proof that the focal point of beers such as these should be flavour, rather than merely conforming to (or hiding behind) an ideal. It shows, once and for all, that a lack of this single element does not equate to a lack of taste or body.
Full flavour, full tilt, minus gluten.
Brooklyn 1/2 Ale

Brooklyn Half Ale is an unfiltered, clean, and balanced saison, with a hazy, pale yellow pour. It packs a symphony of citrusy hops over a gentle malt base that clocks in at a pleasantly restrained 3.4% ABV.
Brooklyn American Ale

Vigorous dry hopping of Amarillo punches up the aroma with the herbal, piney scents that are a hallmark of US pale ales. Crisp, clean malt and a gentle bitterness leaves you feeling refreshed and thirsty for more. Try it alongside street food - burgers, pizza, spicy foods and good ol' BBQ.
Maris Otter, Pale and Crystal malt make up the grain bill. Brooklyn's house ale yeast and Willamette, Cascade and Amarillo hops complete the deal on a straight down the line, solid American ale.
Brooklyn East IPA

Inspired by the original East Indian Pale Ales brewed in England in the early 1800s, Brooklyn East IPA is a deep golden beer brewed from British malt and a blend of hops. It is traditionally dry-hopped for a bright aroma of hops, lemongrass, pine and citrus fruit. It has a robust bitterness, a warming malt palate and a clean hoppy finish.

After the dry-hopping, the beer emerges with a bright spicy lemongrass / lemon zest aroma backed by a wonderfully clean malt flavour.

A great beer and which goes well with most dishes as it brings refreshment and cleansing of the palate. A fruity dryness and conservative use of hops result in the lack of an outspoken bitterness.
