    La Trappe Tripel

    La Trappe Tripel’s aroma is slightly malty and estery. Despite its full and rich flavour, this out-of-the-ordinary ale still has a light and dry aftertaste with a touch of bitter finesse. A darker than average triple style beer, full of honey flavours but not too sweet.

    La Trappe Quadrupel

    A chestnut coloured brew - thick and sweet, Quadrupel was first produced in 1991 as a one off beer and is La Trappe’s heaviest ale.

    Its warm and intense flavour is rich and finely balanced. Malty sweet, slightly burnt, and pleasantly bitter with a sweet aftertaste. Quadrupel continues to ferment after bottling and offers aromas of banana, almond, vanilla and others.

Natural Beers with Social Credentials

The Koningshoeven brewery was recently voted the Entrepreneur with the Best Corporate Social Responsibility credentials in the city of Tilburg. 

The brewery source exclusively natural products for their brewing process, as locally as possible or even buy them directly at source. They also aim to be as water-efficient and energy-efficient as possible, efforts have already earned the beer much coveted PUUR and SKAL certifications.
