Compared to some of their established US compatriots, Two Roads are a relatively new kid on the block. The brewery was founded in 2012 by four friends, the realisation of a dream to ‘take the road less travelled’, the company’s driving ambition ever since.
Brewmaster Phil Markowski cut his teeth home brewing, before a long career bagging awards and medals at other pioneering breweries. Who better to take the wheel, then, for their glorious beery road trip? The brewery have really hit the ground running, with an extensive lineup of beers praised far and wide as unique twists on classic styles, taking inspiration from their east coast home’s industrial heritage. Case in point: Lil Heaven, a session IPA packed with exotic hops and juicy, tropical flavours. The title? A nickname given to a space in the factory roof workers used to use for mid-shift naps. Whether it’s souring limited-edition beers in a requisitioned dairy truck parked in the brewery lot, or hosting food trucks and bands for Road Jam, a summer music festival, Two Roads lives and breaths the road less travelled.

Our Two Roads Brewing Range

Honeyspot Road
Style: | Unfiltered IPA |
---|---|
ABV: | 6.0% |
The Two Roads version of this traditional beer style takes a road less traveled. It's unfiltered and uses wheat as the dominant malt backbone. The result is a slightly cloudy, pale IPA with a softer mouthfeel that accentuates the citrusy Pacific Northwest hop character.
