Dubbel

A dark burgundy, top fermented Abbey Beer. The mixture of different malts and the use of dark candy sugar combine to produce a delicious sweet toffee-taste, with a brandy-like finish. The name Double refers to the fact that it has been fermented twice, once in the barrel and then again in the maturation cellars.

Tripel

An amber coloured Abbey Beer with a crisp bitter-sweet flavour and abv of 9%. The characteristically crisp flavour is created by a subtle mix of sweet and bitter hop varieties, together with blond candy sugar. Refermentation in the bottle provides a perfectly rounded taste.
