Schneider Hefeweissbier - New Release

Georg Schenider and Sohn have officially moved into management by the seventh generation of the family. After 25 years at the helm, Georg Schneider VI has handed over the management of the company to his son Georg Schneider VII.

To celebrate this momentous transition, and reflect the new energy that this brings to the brewery, they have released the new Schneider Hefeweissbier.

A truly sessionable edition from the Wheat Beer masters, this beer replaces the existing Helle Weisse Tap 1 in our range going forward. Filled with abundantly fresh character, Schneider Hefeweissbier is brewed with exceptional Bavarian ingredients, and as always, refined by secondary fermentation in bottle.

Schneider Hefeweissbier has a light honey-colouring and a clove-like aroma. On the tongue it is clean and smoothly balanced, and finishes sparkling with a light and fine bitterness.

Absolutely ideal for pairing with classic German summer cuisine such as salads, seafood, and grilled chicken.

Brewed with 100% Bavarian ingredients and handcrafted in the traditional method. Its straw-yellow colour is as impressive as its balanced, refreshing and highly drinkable aroma with a subtle malty body and flowery hop aromas. A Helles as it should be.
