Online Ordering

Over the coming weeks, James Clay are excited to be launching a brand new customer portal. As consumer behaviour spreads into the area of trade sales, our goal over recent months has been to create a customer experience that makes ordering beer from us as straight forward as possible. The new system will allow you to self-manage your account and order online whether you're in front of a PC, or checking your stock levels in a cellar with a smart phone.

As we roll out our new website and online services, we'd like to invite a limited number of customers to work with our new account management portal in a 'beta' phase, ahead of a full scale launch in January 2020. Customers wishing to use our new platform can express their interest by completing the form below. Our account team will then be in contact with you if your account falls within our criteria for testing the system.

For those customers who are invited to participate in our beta testing, we hope you'll be able to provide us with feedback that we can consider for future updates to the platform that will allow James Clay to continue to enhance the service that we can offer our customers.
