Timmermans New Flavours

Timmermans have been partners of ours for decades now, across two generations of both the Clay and Martin families. The brewery is still owned and operated by the Martins, a legendary family in Belgian beer, entrusted by Guinness to be their first importer way back in 1913. They're the oldest lambic brewer still in operation, able to trace their history back to 1702, and they’ve just decided to shake things up with a rebrand, and a spicy twist to each of their core fruit beers. On top of this, they're working away on further experimental stuff, plain with barrels, fruits, and other ways to express the incredible Pajottenland region through their beers.

Strawberry & Thyme

The Strawberry flavour was originally produced for us in 2009, and we love this modern take on it.

Thyme's bright, slightly lemony taste complements the tanginess of strawberries and lambic, adding a touch of sophistication to the overall flavour profile.

Pêche & Cardamome

Peach is a top seller for us, and the team at Timmermans have turned it up a notch, delicately infusing it with the earthy, aromatic embrace of cardamom.

The subtle earthiness and warmth of cardamom complements the natural freshness of peaches, resulting in a well-rounded and refined flavour match.

Kriek & Black Pepper

Immerse yourself in a world of contrasts as the tartness of cherries mingles with the subtle heat of black pepper.

The spice provides a counterbalance to the sweetness, enriching the classic fruit lambic style, with something new.

Framboise & Hibiscus

Delicate raspberries are joined by the subtle zestiness of hibiscus petals. The bright, fruity notes from the raspberries harmonise with the floral elegance, offering something truly dynamic to another classic lambic fruit addition.
